Epiloderm France is the Creator of Hair Removal Care whose head office is based on the outskirts of NANTES (CLISSON). Epiloderm is a French manufacturer of cosmetics, depilatory waxes andpulsed light devices for institutes and beauty professionals.

A major player for more than 15 years in the beauty sector, we currently have more than 3500 partner institutes in France and abroad.

Attached to our premises based on the outskirts of Nantes (CLISSON), you will be responsible for the assembly, overhaul and repair of pulsed light devices and new technology devices related to well-being.

MISSIONS:

Ensure quality service to our customers by conveying the best brand image of the company

Control all the products sold by the company

Analyze and manage breakdowns: identify malfunctions, establish a diagnosis and determine a personalized repair solution

Maximize customer satisfaction: Ensure the commitments made to our customers in the optimization of deadlines and the effectiveness of the intervention

Diplomas: BAC PRO Digital Electronic Systems (SEN) or BTS electrotechnics

3-month CDD that can evolve into a CDI.

At least 2 years' experience as a Service Technician
